Shipping and Returns Policy

At Sunny Loves Linen we understand that buying online can sometimes not meet your expectations, or you may have a change of mind once you receive your item. 

That is why we offer a refund on all full priced items that are returned to us within 14 days from date of purchase (cost of initial postage charge is not refunded)

Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns after this time frame. 

All returns must be in re-saleable condition in original packaging, unused, unworn and undamaged.  

Items returned will be refunded to you in the same way they were purchased and within 1-2 business days of us receiving your item in back in our store.  

SALE Items are only able to be returned for a refund if deemed faulty or exchange for another size where possible.

Faulty Items - We are sorry if your item arrives faulty or damaged.  We aim to package your order the best we can, but occasionally damaged can occur in transit.  If this does occur, please send sales@sunnyloveslinen.com.au a clear description of the problem, plus photos of the damage, along with your invoice number and one of our staff will be in contact with you as soon as possible.
